What we collect
When you send a form, we collect your name, Ethiopian phone number, message and, for service inquiries, selected inquiry topic and optional vehicle make/model. No account or email address is required.
Why we use it
Your details are used to respond to your inquiry. The intended notification flow sends the information by SMS to the garage’s private notification number through Tiltek. SMS sending is not currently verified; the form will tell you if it cannot send. An inquiry does not confirm an appointment or SMS delivery.
Private storage and duplicate protection
Inquiries are stored privately in Lovable Cloud with a request reference and notification status. Hashed phone and network identifiers help prevent spam and duplicate requests. Public visitors cannot read these records. Records are retained for up to 30 days of active use; older records are removed when a new inquiry is processed, so removal can be later during inactivity. Failed inquiries may also be retained.
Who receives information
Lovable Cloud processes and stores inquiries. If SMS is configured, Tiltek processes the message and the garage receives it. The private notification number and SMS credentials are never selected by visitors or published on the website.
Google Maps and reviews
The location map is embedded from Google Maps. Loading it may share technical information such as your IP address with Google. Google links open their service. The displayed rating and review summaries are static, checked October 5, 2026, and do not update automatically.
Contact and requests about your data
For questions or to request deletion of your inquiry, call the garage at +251 91 399 9777 and provide your request details. Do not submit sensitive financial, identity or medical information in the message.
AI chat and language preference
TECH NOVA Ai processes chat messages and generates replies. This website does not save chat history; the conversation ends when you reload or close the site. A hashed network identifier is retained for abuse protection. Your language preference is saved in this browser. Do not share sensitive personal information with the assistant.
